Refund policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

You have a withdrawal period of 14 days from the receipt of the products to exercise your right of withdrawal and return the products for a refund, without needing to provide reasons or pay penalties, except for return shipping costs.

2. Return Conditions

  • Returned products must be in their original condition, with all tags attached, and in their original packaging.
  • Returned products must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
  • Customized or specially ordered products are not eligible for return, except in cases of manufacturing defects or non-conformity.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or non-conforming products.

Please note that we do not refund shipping costs. Therefore, they will be deducted at the time of refund. 

If you did not pay shipping costs for sending your package, only the return shipping costs will be your responsibility.

3. Return Process

To return a product, please follow these steps:

    1.  Complete the online return form to obtain a return number and a return label.
    2. Carefully pack the product in its original packaging and attach the return label.
    3. Ship the product to the address provided by our customer service, ensuring the return number is included on the package.

4. Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will process the refund as soon as possible. The refund will be made via the payment method used during the purchase, unless otherwise indicated. The shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

5. Return Tracking

We will send you a notification email once your return has been received and processed. If you have any questions or concerns about the return process, please contact our customer service.

6.Changes to the Returns and Refunds Policy

We reserve the right to modify this returns and refunds policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website with the effective date. Your continued use of our services after the publication of changes constitutes your acceptance of these changes.
